About The Artist…

Jessica believes that everyone deserves the freedom to create. For her, creating art is not just a form of expression, but a celebration—a way to release and reflect truth. Despite never receiving formal art training and growing up in a family that valued practicality over creativity, art became her escape, allowing her to take up space in a wild and free way. Sometimes her creativity is driven by thought, and other times, it’s fueled purely by emotion. After over 13 years of painting, she continues to learn and grow every day. Jessica began her painting journey through the use of acrylic paint and has incorporated watercolors and oil paints into her repertoire.

Born and raised in Fort Myers, FL, Jessica spent her childhood immersed in the tranquility of the beach and the natural beauty of southwest Florida. She earned an associate’s degree in Communications from Florida Southwestern State College before visiting friends in Tallahassee, FL, where the charming small-town atmosphere and picturesque live oak canopy roads captivated her. She knew that Tallahassee was the change of scenery she was seeking.

While attending Florida State University and earning her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Jessica worked in sales, taking pride in financing her own education. The challenge of balancing work, school, and art was one that fueled her passion for both creativity and personal growth.

Throughout her life, however, art has always been a constant thread woven into her identity. Her passion for creating is as integral to who she is as her love for personal evolution and business. The fusion of these interests continues to shape her journey, and she remains open to new opportunities that inspire her.

Now living in Tallahassee, FL, with her husband, Jessica is actively pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of West Florida. Her entrepreneurial training fuels her passion to blend art and business, helping others to develop and grow. For Jessica, art is not just a means of self-expression; it’s a way of existing.
